Price tag of £15m, I am very strong in CB with 3 CB's in rotation averaging 7.20+. I have £25m in the bank but am reluctant as he may not get much game time...

I do, the three in the scout report are aged 28,27,25 and I have another wonderkid aged 17 who's nearly as good.
I am astounded at his physicals at only 19 for a CB but £15m is A LOT.
