A s y m m e t r i c
TRAINING : DEFAULT WITH MATCH TACTICS IN PRE SEASON, THEN DEFENDING DURING SEASON (ONLY AFTER FULL FLUIDITY)
INDIVIDUAL TRAINING: TRAIN PLAYER ROLES
OI: NONE.
Went undefeated with Spurs in the BPL in the FIRST Season, It was as much luck as it was down to the tactic so dont expect to go undefeated XD
This is an adaptation of the tactics i have posted from previous Football Manager Games, which were developed by experimenting and a lot of trial and error
This will not work with every team!! try to change a few intructions depending on the team you are managing. for example Passing, Tempo, D Line possition ext...
There is no and will never be a "perfect" tactic that works with every team
SEEING HOW PEDANTIC SOME OF YOU ARE
I do not claim to be the only person who uses a 4-2-3-1 with a very fluid Attacking mentality and closing down the opposition as much as possible on football manager or in real life.
Credit for the 4-2-3-1 Formation which I use goes to the first real life Manager who used it, who is considered by many to be Mário Zagallo in 1970 but this could be wrong
If you can be pedantic I can too ;P
I did think this would all be obvious
HAPPY NOW XD
Please let me know what you think
