1. Bundesliga - Who should I play?

Greetings from Bucharest,
want to start a career in FM 11 (11.3.0) with a team from Bundesliga.
Who should I choose?
I want a team with good youth system, lot of supporters, with great tradition in german football.8-|
Any suggestions?

but I would take Dortmund for great youth players

I recommend Dortmund, they have a brilliant squad and a brilliant youth system. But if your looking for a big challend I would recommend St Pauli.

Yes Dortmund is a fun club to play as. They can be bit of a challenge in the first season as you have basically no money, and it is hard to sell anyone. Take a look at fuelledbypassion's guide.

Thank you all for your fast answers.
I've play with Dortmund in nov. 10 (FM11....11.1.0) first season 2nd place, second season after 10 weeks 4-th place...and my computer give me red card (trojan). Dortmund is my favorite team from Germany (Zorc,Sammer,Reuter,Julio Cesar, Evanilson,Ricken, Any Moller...etc) but I never had luck with favorite teams (ex : just relegate with West Ham:'''().
Also I don't like teams such as Hoffenheim, Bayer 04 (with no tradition and small database of fans)...so I think I will try with 1.FC Koln, Borussia Gladbach or 1.FCK.|)
