11.3 Complete Madness 4-1-2-1-2

Hey guyz , i decided to make a tactic for 11.3 patch after using tactics uploaded from TBH , Knap , Houghs , JP and others , and came up with this 4-1-2-1-2 tactic , so this is not mine , just tried to meld together what i`ve learned so far from this guyz :

Tactic : 4-1-2-1-2 Standard - Counter - Attack
Team : EVERTON

Player Requirements:

Keeper : Decent Keeper

Fullbacks : Tackling - Positioning - Marking - Anticipation - Pace


Centre Backs : Tackling - Heading - Positioning - Pace - Anticipation - Marking


Defensive and Central Mids : Tackling - Marking - Passing - Work Rate - Team Work - Strength - Determination - Finishing

AMC + Strikers : This guyz are the most important for this tactic , they will do all the job upfront , so you`ll need "GOOD" players here , one PLAYMAKER with mad passing skills and 2 ST who can play WING , they will go wide and cross often

Pitch Size - Standard
Opposition Instructions- I Don`t Use Any
Team Talks - That`s Up To You

when i downloaded this and applied it, the players had the old style forwards and backwards arrows and you couldn't right click on the players position to set poacher/advanced forward etc - how did you get the old style tactics on FM11??

On the tactic menu,

Tactic -> Convert To Classic ...

it's not very good possession wise but it gets a good few clear cut chances, normally 4+, either way, it gets the result

i`ve seen on patch 11.3 we don`t get as much CCC`s as on last patch
