11.3 Middlesbrough help

I am currently Middlesbrough F.C as they are my favourite club but on 11.3 they are rubbish. I need a good tactic and starting with £0 isn't really helping. I started with 3-1-3-1-2 but doesnt really gel in properly. I am currently 16th in the league and on very good form. My top scorer is Khouma Babacar but he only has 6 goals. I have used Jp Woody's Brian Clough tactic and his high scoring but they dont make a different.

I really dont know its just a tactic that I use and if it doesn't work I would use a different one then come back to it. I am not using it now cos I got rid of mt full backs.

I got up through the play offs 1st season (2nd tactic), finished 8th in Prem with both tactics. Now I'm just going with laffles this season. Get Yakubu (free) and Soukouna (free). Spence (loan) is very good in all def positions.

Thanks for recommending this tactic. It has took me from 16th place to 8th. My jobe is now stable. Meanwhile, I have won 11 games and drew 5 games. Here are my results:
