12.2.2 Target man/Direct tactic for big teams

So I've got an array of exceptional youth (regens, Sanogo, Niang etc) I signed for Chelsea. My brightest young talent is a 6 ft 8 beast of a target man and I notice that most systems on FM don't seem to fit in target men at all for top teams.

So I was wondering, is there any top team target man tactic that will see my beastly striker (20 heading, 20 jumping, 6 ft 8, 19 strength etc all the top Target Man attributes) score goals for fun?

I am yet to see a direct tactic suing s tring target man suitable for top teams. This approach is one that better suits underdogs as when playing with the likes of Chelsea ( in FM), its better to play more patient to drag those defensive opponents out of position rather than playing too direct. Naturally, you can still use him in the role of a target man, just dont use him as the focus point of the play
