12 month loan gone wrong

So a couple seasons ago I found 2 good brazilian regens. I decided I'd loan them for cheap when they turn 18 and issue a buy price for them around 300,000. This way I can get them for cheap when they turn 18.

Well here comes the January transfer window and they join and the news item says "so and so has joined Club X on a 12 month loan".

The next day BOTH players left the club saying the loan was over.

Same happened to me, tried getting Majewski on loan as QPR and he left straight away, in the end I offered again and he joined.

I had the same problem. Contract details turned NA, player moved to the club but I can stil offer him contract!!! The ON LOAN TO information is not there anymore.
It's obviously a bug.
Does anyone solved this?! Patch 2 and 3 didn't patch this bug!
