14.2.2 patch still available

Okay, as i believe the 14.2.2 patch was better, well, easier lol i was thinking when you start a new career it gives you the option to use the old database or the 14.3 database.

i was thinking if you use the old database, would i be then playing on the 14.2.2 patch?
