14.3/14.0 Load Times

Okay, for some reason, all of the saves I've started on the 14.3 database take a very very very very long time to load.
In the meantime, the saves I've had on the 14.0 database all load more quickly. The 14.0 saves even have more nations loaded up, but they're still not as slow to load as the 14.3 saves.
Is there any way to fix this? Am I the only one to experience this?

I had a similar problem but I found it to be because I had the 'clear cache' box unticked in the prefs screen. Once I re-ticked that everything started loading up in the normal timescale.
