I my own games I found that f9 resulted in the player being more involved.
Yes I would start with Suarez as AM and Sturridge as f9.
Let me know how you get along with Liverpool as I have only used it with Arsenal.

I don't quite understand your question, but my guess is that you consider the title of the thread to be a question rather than a statement.
