16.3 update, any exciting players?

Leicester's squad has some interesting and going by form deserved upgrades, Kante, Mahrez, Drinkwater and Vardy are all 30m+ in value and have had nice upgrades. Looks like Marcus Rashford has been improved along with Borthwick-Jackson at Man Utd and Liverpool have a decent looking 16 year old Polish keeper. Haven't browsed through the Editor yet for any new wonderkids or CA/PA changes.

Have to say that the lack of improvement the update has shown toward Marlos Moreno is a bit of a joke for a game of this Calibre and past history

First one I've looked at has been Rúben Neves. He had a set PA of 168 (I think) pre 16.3 and now he's set at -95. So it puts him in the highest potential bracket players now with Martial, Tielemans & Ødegaard (possibly others, I'm not 100% sure)

His PA aint that high, but he works out to a decent player.

I stared a new save in patch 16.3 and got regens with 190 PA

If you have the in gameeditor some skins have it in - heres mine.

or you can use the pregame editor or buy FMRTE or Genie scout.
