17mil for Kjaer - Should I sell?

Hey guys, Iv been offered £17mil for Simon Kjaer in my 2nd season with Wolfsburg. Hes a automatic starter for me and got a average rating of 7.19 in season 1.

Should I sell, and if so, who should be his replacement?
