My last save crashed so I'm starting an Everton save with the 17.3 update. I've created my own tactic but I need a few signings to fit the tactic...

CB- Ball playing defender

LB- Full back X2

DM- Deep lying playmaker- defend

AML- Inside forward- support

ST- Target Man and a False Nine
 
Not much funds but -

CB - Loan Tuanzebe from Utd very good despite being young!

LFB - Toni Lato from Valencia(free) and Jorge from FLU about 12m

DM - Soler from Valencia(free)

AML - Cerny from Ajax about 9m

STR, TM- Thomas Necid not sure which club think he's Czech Rep! Not that many TM around anymore. But had him on previous versions and was always good for 20-25gls a season.

STR, F9 - Kuki(free)

all 3 free signings are very good at the start and are potential world class!

CB - Chancel mbemba
DM - Kristoffer Ajer (wonderkid in second season )
AML - Kasper Dolberg (retrain and is amazing)
STR - Moussa Dembele

That will be all his budget gone and players still wanting ;) good players though :)
 
Doesn't have to buy them all, just options. Dembelle is only £5m.
Dolberg probably a bit out or range but is quality
 
CB - Stipe Vucur
LB - Ludwig Augustinsson or Nicolas Tagliafico
DM - Fredrick Oldrup Jensen
AML - Gonzalo Martinez or Seb Druissi (Also Rafik Zekhnini is a hidden gem, quality in a few seasons)
STR - Sounds strange but Peter Crouch or Drogba (until Jan) are both still good options for TM, I have had good levels of success with both.

I think you would even have some change if you went for all of them.
 
I am currently managing Sparta Prague, i know not premier league level but i have a couple of players to recommend for you, that i have had, got or sold, that might be good enough, and would likely be available for under your budget.

RB - Vyacheslav Karavaev
Ball Playing Defender - Mario Holek (Michal Kadlec also an option but not mainly a ball playing defender)
LB - Costa Nhamoinesu - Sold to Celta in second season for 1.3m
Inside Forward - Borek Dockal - Sold to Porto for 5m
Lukman Haruna - CM i picked him up a free in my first or second season now i cant remember
Dont really use a target man but i picked up a good striker from south america for a million, Anthony Lozano
