I have went everton and looking for improvemnts but dont know were to start i have signed de maria from benfica and vaan der varrt from madrid on loan, any tips for tactis and who to sign etc thanks

am just going into january ive got 8mil but it looks like I have to many players so its hard to make improvents without making players upset shal i sell some and any tactis or formation tips?
