been on that one there aint no assistant managers on there.

i mean 1st team coaches
 
go to the jobs tab, and near the right bottom, click on place advert, and choose 1st team coach
 
There isn't any difference between a 1st team coach and a coach. It's just 1st team coaches will only train the 1st team, and the coaches will train the reserves as well as the 1st team.
 
Lol, just offer them 1. team coach role...
 
I have a list hat I go for,

Francisco Ayerestan (sp?) is awesome fitness
Moniz or Rota are good but picky as to where they will go
Lens Filho is the other expert, 5 star ball control.

Check your own youth coaches and scouts too, there may be some hidden talent there that is less of a risk than spending £3m on compensation and a 2 year contract, just to find they are 3.5 stars only.
