2-3-2-3 Attacking Formation (Testing Help Required!)

My First Uploaded Tactic so not entirely sure what to write, basically i have created a tactic that has led to brilliant attacking performances with my Napoli side, and was wondering if anyone would fancy helping me and test it wih other teams or maybe help me tweak it so that the defence would be a bit stronger.

Currently Managing Napoli:

Top of Serie A, Currently on 8 game winning streak, and Cavani is on 14 goals in 13 games.
