This is my newest tactic. Tried to base it somewhat around the Mr Hough classic tactic that came out not long ago, and I have had good success with it.
Got Scunthorpe to 8th after they were predicted 24th, won the league with Arsenal and came 5th in Serie A with Udinese who when I took over were predicted to come 11th.
