I've made a tactic similar to Pep's Barcelona 2009 tactic, for teams like Barca, Bayern, Arsenal, Juve ( teams who have players suit possession tactics ) it would be perfect

i tested the tactic till January 2017 with Man City i bought Bernat and loaned out Kolarov and Navas
to get the best of the tactic you need players with high first touch, passing, teamwork, decisions, anticipation, composure and technique attributes in midfield specially


i don't use OI's and the assistant takes control of the training

No I don't think so, probably you will have more possession but it wont be a successful tactic
