2 coaches at the same time

Hello,

I currently have a lot (maybe too much) of high-potential regens, i usually loan them but even with a strict choice of teams they don't develop as i would expect them to...

So, has anyone ever tried to control 2 coaches at the same time, with the second owning a "farm" team starting all the young guys of the 1st team (to insure playing time) ?

Sounds like a good plan if you wanted to try it. The only problem I can see is that some leagues have loan restrictions and a club can only loan a certain amount of players from another club.

Some leagues might not have the restrictions and then it could work?

Assuming your job was safe. You could just sell them to the other club for nothing, and sell them back again for nothing when they are ready for first team? Boosts up wages with a couple of negotiations but other than that it should work?

Yeh thats true. Or if you have the editor just move to the other club...would feel like cheating but I guess it wouldn't be as they technically are your player
