I'd like to see these two things added...
1. Tactical Zones for Individual Player Instructions.
I think it would be more "realistic" or give us greater flexibility to be able to freely place Zones, like coloured areas, from which we would like our wingers to cross/strikers to shoot/AP's to try through-balls. Coupled with the same sort of thing for target areas for said crosses/through-balls, I think this would add a great deal of flexibility and dynamic to the game.
2. Training Individuals
We don't want to have to keep tabs on all our players at the same time in training. We might like to have some more individually tailored training for some players but leave the rest to our Assman. Perhaps a greater flexibility could come from being able to simply tick those players we want trained by Assman, and those we want to train ourselves? If the training pages could have shortlists as well, that would allow us to see quickly the progression of our players we are training ourselves and those we aren't.
