20.4.3 tactic for average team?

Does anybody know of a working tactic for average team for 20.4.3? I´ve already tried top 20 tactics from Overall https://fm-base.co.uk/tactic-testing/ and none of them works well enough...most of them work with only Elite teams like Liverpool, Barca, Bayern etc..
I´m playing in Czech league so it would take me decade / or heavy cheating to get Elite team
