Does anyone know if the 20 year stadium rule still applies in FM 15? I've gone back to back promotions from the vanarama with Braintree and I am about to qualify for Europe in my first season in the prem. I had the new stadium built in 2017 and upgraded to the minimum 12500 required for the prem. I reckon I'll be able to get a couple of thousand more seats put on but if the 20 year rule is still in place then I'll be playing in a miniature stadium until 2037! If anyone knows the answer please help

If you build a new stadium in FM no matter how small it is or how restricted the max capacity is you can't build another stadium for at least 20 years

I think it is 20yrs,
How often were you selling out your old stadium? Would have thought they would have made it a bit bigger then 12500,
Hopefully you can keep upgrading every yr if your selling out the ground every game
