2009 weegie download

hi all, new on here. am struggling with the weegie download, have downloaded and then said it was a rar file so downloaded software for that, not sure what to do next. any help appreciated.

number 1, dont make two posts about the same thing.
number 2 extract it to your db file and then use that db when starting a new game
