2009 weegie download

hi all, new on here. am struggling with the weegie download, have downloaded and then said it was a rar file so downloaded software for that, not sure what to do next. any help appreciated.

right click on the file, extract it to,

username/documents/sportsinteractive/football manager 2009/db

then it should work
