2011-2012 Promotions and Relegations Update, Premiership to Blue Square North/South

Nothing to complicated have simply changed around all the relegated and promoted teams in the Premiership etc.
Swansea, Norwich and QPR now in the Premiership, Blackpool, Birmingham, West Ham relegated etc. All the way down to Blue Square North / South.
