2nd Season Not Starting

I just finished first season. Playing as Liverpool. So I went through all of pre-season...And the new season just isn't starting, at all. None of the English leagues are starting. When I go to the premier league overview page, it just shows the information from last season. Im currently on the 19th of August.

I am using the lower leagues database. I think that has something to do with it.

im not getting any league fixtures in 2nd season.... been fine all year but now for 2nd time its doing it, don't know why

Yes it has, I think you need to get rid of the very lowest league you have, not excatly sure though. I had to restart with out the lower leagues data base. Whichever it will need a new game start anyway.
