2nd with Hull City first season!

Hello, iv'e been trying desperately to get a good save going on this years FM14, however i think i finally found one to be pleased about! I have done a lot of Hull City saves in the past but none have come close to this. With a mediocre team and a small transfer budget i managed to pull off the miraculous and get champions league Football first season finishing only 4 points off winning the title!!

The signings i made were -

Mohamed Sissoko - Free
Eduardo Salvio - Loan (Best winger iv'e ever had)
Matt Lowton - 3.8m
Simone Padoin - Loan
Maxime Gonalons - Loan

Now let me say what made this save so successful. This guy, Callamity has made this tactic which i will add the link to; which is one of if not thee best tactics iv'e ever had the privilege of using. This guy is an absilute genius and if you are really struggling to find a tactic, please try this, but follow it step by step and don't give up on it if at first it doesn't go well for a few games, it needs to be fully fluid!

Where's the fun if your winning the league with Cardiff & finishing second with Hull? Not to mention that's totally unrealistic and it's almost as bas as cheating.
 
Where's the fun if you're winning the league with Cardiff? What the **** are you talking about? Of course it's unrealistic but IT'S A GAME, pal, not sure if you understand that part yet. How is it as bad as cheating? You sir, seem to be high on something.
 
Dont think you have a clue Louis mate. If I win the BPL with Cardiff then yeah that is fun. Its not as bad as cheating if im winning something. Are you sure your ok in the head mate?

nah youre being stupid how is getting a fantastic achievement like that boring and cheating i won the league with Fulham on FM13 in first season even had a story on it just cos you cant do what others can doesnt mean that they cheat.
 
People who lead lower league local teams to CHAMPIONS LEAGUE GLORY are cheating too?? Teams who are in maybe 5th or 6th league down win the European Cup in their 6th or 7th season? Shut up, soap your **** and slide the F@$& along.

Well done lads best I've done so far, with lower teams, is 5th second season with Southampton.

The point of FM to to bring a club from obscurity to success.
 
nice going there mate is there something in the water but some of the posts on this forum over the last few day have been off the chain mad is there a school holday i dont know about

Obviously thats the point in the long run, I just don't think it's possible to do what these two people have achieved in one season without exploiting something in the game or cheating.

Don't be so bitter man, 99% of the successful tactics since the beginning of time have "exploited" the game, the tactic used by the OP is my tactic which I created initially without any form of bugs or exploits which brought results similar to this standard. Since the release there has been a corner exploit which was added, this is by no means an exploit that can cause a striker to score 70+ goals a season either.

Also in the thread this tactic is in there are people who have had different results and have lost alot of games, even with Liverpool. So squad management and man management are also a much needed influence on the success of any tactic. To Liam's credit he has obviously performed these parts of the game very well, which have lead to a massive overachievement and he deserves credit for this.

Well done mate, I'm using this tactic at the moment but I'm struggling a little. My sporting team 2nd year is killer but we're underperforming :(
