Yes it does but your centre-backs need a lot of pace to compensate for their mental stats and etc

Game Management

Forgot to add. But alot of game management is needed especially at lower clubs. When to drop the lines and back off the press will allow you not to concede 3 goals in 5 minutes around the 80th minute.
