3 Questions regarding youth system

1- What affects a team getting promoted from a non-loaded division to a loaded division?
2- Is there any way to improve the training facilities of a B-C team (Spain)?
3- What are all the factors that affect youth intake?

Training facilities play no part. That's for training.

Youth intake depends on HoYD, Junior facilities, recruitment etc - the better these are the better your intake should be (no guarantees in this game though). There is also huge influence from country/rep etc.

The 'Junior' facilities all refer to the pre-intake conditions the players are subjected to. The u-11s, u-14s etc. We don't see it in game, but the cream of your Junior sides are what appear in the Intake. I wouldn;t expect more then three or four 'good-uns' in any given year though.

AS for the promotion thing, I think it's kind of a weighted average algorythmn - while the fixtures aren't played out with any real detail, the stronger teams are more likely to get promoted, but on a kinda random basis.
