3 strikforce combination

Hey guyz currently working on a 4-1-2-3 tactic on 11.3patch. Defensively it's solid ,but striking is good only 2/3 strikers score . Basically i want to set it to all strikers hitting the net

I'm using poacher-completefwd or targetman- poacher

Is it best to use 2 poachers on either side or make the other poacher an advance forward so roles are different?

Would really appreciate your help as I'm close to making this work well.
 
Yeah I would play around with different roles for each of the players. Perhaps set one of them to a deep lying forward? Also try adjusting their mentalities so that they are deployed in a staggered formation.

IMO it is not good to have 2 poachers. You need one of them dropping deep to get the ball.

I'd put the middle striker to drop deeper, make one of the poachers an advanced forward who will go out wide and cross occasionally.

btw I don't even pay attention to "roles" anymore, I edit almost all of their sliders anyway so they really don't fit any role.

i play with 2 poachers and 1 complete forward , that always gives me 4 5 CCCs a game , and all 3 of them score 20+ goals a season, complete gets 20+ assists too
the poacher set up is actually which the game designed for advance forwards i just ticked them all and changed the role to poacher with wide play cut inside

very interesting set up. tried poacher- targetman- poacher but was unsucessful.
right now im doing deeplyingforward(tevez/balotelli)-targetman(lukakuordzeko)-poacher(agueroorkadlec)...

will post results soon

u just gave me an idea with the pocher cutting inside. should have thought of that XD

Results

Ok guyz. After my 4th Match decided to sim my matches but still use the tactics and selections while on holiday.

Npt too impressed with the results as my main goal is to get my strikers getting goals. Tevez seems to be the best so far. Dont know whether its a case of new signings settling down but on other threads ive seen their strikers do amazing stuff.

Also i posted the roles I've given the strikers. Let me know what you think as i want to make this a killer tactic whenever i play with friends or possibly post it here as a diablo (fingers crossed)

decided to revert it back to classic. dont like the whole role idea :0 . Hopefully will lead to better changes

Starting from scratch with classic method. Updates up soon
