?30m for Barkley, 4th season... Deal?

I know there is a deal or no deal thread but I need a very quick response as I am in deadline day right near the end. Sorry!!

I'm at Chelsea and am doing quite poorly. Its the January TW btw.

Have Mata, Hazard, Aguero, Ward Prowse and an ageing Sneijder as well as some other youngsters who can play AMC but is Barkley worth it? He was 4th in most goals scored last season in my save.

Use the deal or no deal thread... but to answer your question, look at how much he has improved over the years, and depending on your tactic, ( I have no idea how many AMC's you play with), if your only playing by with one, probably no deal. If you say your doing quite poorly, look at where in your squad really needs improving.. Your AMC role seems pretty full

Like CuzLFC just said, it doesn't really sound like your AMC spot will be very weakened if you lose him.

Does Barkley even become that good? I've always bought Quintero, and late in the game he's still better than what Barkley ever becomes.

I got barkley for southampton 5th season for 9.75mill as ramirez and quintero where injured and he was gash to say the least.
