3AM which Roles?! HELP

Last year, i had a good tactic where i could play and win almost everything with..
This year i tried to make te same tactic but coudn't do this already..

The main problem is i played 4231 with 2 in front of defense and 3AM so no wingers.. the 2 AM where inside fowards so their was a lot of space for left and right back.. if i play with if i need to put them on the wing but its not the same effect as last year.. What would you recommend to do are whtat roles ore instructiens need to do the same?

I would just try everything and see what works.

Enganche or Trequartista would be a must for me

For me, I have Alaba and Rafael as Complete Wing Backs.

Then for my AMC's I have:

Rooney as AMCL (Trequartista) - Fabregas as AMC (Advanced Playmaker (Attack)) - Shinji Kagawa as AMCR (Advanced Playmaker (Attack))

I also have Gaston Ramirez that slots in sometimes and I use him as an Attacking Midfielder (Attack)

It all depends on what players you have though and what role will suit them best. I'd recommend always having an Advanced Playmaker though.

Can you not move your AM(L) and AM(R) out to the wings and have them play as inside forwards? That's how I have my United team set up and then I have Rafael and Bertrand sitting in the fullback position set in the wingback role with a support duty.
