3D Mode not working properly any ideas appreciated

Hello Everybody,at the moment im having to play my games in the very boring 2D mode.When i try to watch my games in the 3D mode it becomes very slow and freezing for like a second or two compared when its on 2D it runs very smoothly when watching the game?

What can you suggest? i only use medium database,use windowed mode.Cant think of anything else to be honest.Hope someone can help with any ideas.
