I've created this tactic trying to emulate the possession attacking football that lead liverpool to the unfortunate 2nd place in the BPL in 2014.
FB should have good crossing and be quick.
CB should be as quick as possible.

1) During the pre-season play around 5-7 friendly matches and I recommend to choose weaker opponents to guaranty easy wins and have good morale for your players when the season starts.
2) Put the tactic into all 3 tactic slots because it makes the tactic familiarity grows much faster.
3) Choose "Match Tactics" focus for the match preparation because it makes tactic familiarity grow faster.
4) When the tactic familiarity reaches about 90% change the match preparation to "Attacking Position", even though i think you should try to chage according to whatever the scout tells you, except if he says to train "defend set pieces" (my view on it is even if they score with a set piece, you'll score more if you train attacking movement)
5) When losing before 20 min use touchline instruction "agressive - ask for more". When losing or tied at 60 min use the same (but if tied use assertive), if you're still tied or losing by 75 do the same but with ask for creativity or go foward.
6) it's important to give good half-time talks, if you're losing agressively ask for more, if tied assertively
