Might as well share the tactic I've been using the last season with Ajax.
I made this tactic fairly quick so there's much room for tweaks.

The only transfer (in) is Vincent Koziello (most used 11)

What are the players roles? I gave not pc right now..
For u in serie A vs defense with 5 players can it work?
 
Have anyone tried the tactic yet?
I have only tried it with Ajax so it would be fun knowing how it works for other teams, especially with lower league teams.

this tactic is great thanks for sharing seem to be domination possession in most games keep up the good work
 
This tactic seems good. Very attractive and fast one touch direct football. Strikers score most of the goals. I'm managing Hanover at 2. season. Media predict is avoid relegation. Lets see what happens..

Haven't tried this one yet because I'm completely focused on making a winger tactic work this FM however...:

How do you even get to a tactic like this with a squad like Ajax :D
Did you immediately get rid of Kluivert, Cerny, Neres?

Looks great! If you could upload the file of the tactics for original FM 18 now when it's out I'll give it a try with Zenit.

I played 4-1-4-1 the first season and sold Kluivert to Monaco for about £65M before the second season. Both Cerny and Neres played as AP :)

Kluivert for 65 mill... Thats insane! I have never gotten Kluivert to be useful in any of the past FM's. Nor this one so far to be honest...
This year Ajax saves are so ****** to start out with... No staff, getting stuck with Huntelaar and Siem de Jong who are a complete waste of space and only drain morale with their constant moaning... Last but not least the potential on Nouri with him as retiring in 3 years breaks my heart!

They must have changed how AI-transfers work. After my third season Kluivert was only my third biggest transfer. I sold Eiting for 70M and Dolberg for 85M.

maybe saying what currency you use might help with understanding fees. quite a difference between euros, dollars and pounds
