4-1-2-2-1 need tweaking

First of all I'm sorry if this is the wrong thread but I don't know my way about this forum.

I need advice with my Rigid 4-1-2-2-1 Roma tactic. I often draw in the league and I don't know what else I can do to kill off games whilst remaining tight at the back.
