4-1-2-2-1 No wingers

Good evening everyone

I will post my first tactic for FM 2012, it gives a solid defence and a good atack

important Player roles:
Gk-defend
WB- wold be nice to have some atack stats, crossing is important
DCR- taller, used at corners
DCL-normal, pacey if possible
DM-good marking, takling, heading
CM wold be nice if they have some long shot stats, if not, train them(shots from distance, currls ball, shots with power)
AMR-good logshots(at corners),creativity, passing
AML-pacey, finishing acceleration
ST- best you can get, if possible to train him to place shots

OP-assistant
Match prep: asistant

All goals i conceded were from freekick or corners...so set pieces could use some work(listening for sugestions)
