Played this tactic with Arsenal (1st season)

Aim of tactic: To get a lot of players back when defending and a lot of players forward when attacking.
Style of play: To play a possession game, but also to counter attack at quick pace
OI: I don't use any opposition instructions.
Half-time team-talk: If I am leading at half-time I always tell the players to guard against complacency.
Full-time team-talk: If I win I praise the performance.
Teams played: Only Arsenal
Training: I leave that to my Assistant Manager
Transfers:
Was happy to spend the money made available.
Was able to get the more expensive players using installments, but that lead to a reduced transfer budget of £50m in my second season
