CB and FB with regular stats, just FB should have good crossing
The DMC is a deep laying playmaker meaning he needs to have good tackling, passing Decisions, and also jumping and heading cuz that’s his primal role to win headers from goalie kicks and distribute them to his teammates
My suggestion for DMC would be a player like Mobi Okoli
The 3 other midfields are advance playmakers . Right and left one attack and middle support. Attributes needed are DECISIONS technique passing creativity . My midfield is sort of inspired on how Iniesta and Xavi play, passes and movement, not much dribbling, because the ball move faster than the player himself, so doesn’t matter if your midfields are slow, main thing is they can pass the ball and move without it. A few PPM that would help out are Tries killer ball, Simple pass game, looks for pass rather than attempt to shoot.
Strikers are a poacher and deep laying forward support. Strikers swap positions so look for players who are fast, good finishers and can run with the ball and create
PPM that help are places shots, runs with ball often, beats offside trap

I tried to perfect the tactics through 2 seasons and it worked really well for me
