am looking to see if anyone can help tighten up my defence, for some reason almost every team is scoring a goal from range or a wonder goal.

apart from that am winning games easily and my 2 strikers have scored 30+ goals

first thing first: how do you want your team to play ? As soon you know the answer, you'll more prepared. Then it might help knowing what you are doing when setting mentality, fluidity, roles and duties. Why do you need so many attacking duties if you are already setting an attacking mentality ?
