Hi friends.

I've asked the same questions on the Football Manager threads on 4chan.org/sp/ but they're not the most helpful bunch, I'm hoping my fm-base bros can help me out on this one.

Since I've started playing FM (2012) I've been dying to try out this tactic with Blackburn Rovers on 2013. It seems I've got gr8 players for the positions [eg. Pedersen as the slow, OLD, wide midfielder on the left, Vukcevic on the right as an IF (a bit slow, but one of his PPM's is cutting inside)], but I've had mediocre results at best.

Am I using this tactic to it's full potential? I'm using this tactic as a back-up to my 3-5-2 formation (uses wingbacks, 2 central midfielders and a central AM). I need this 4-2-3-1 Asymmetric to counter opposition with lone strikers (3CB's versus 1 ST is never fun) and to provide some support on the wings against opposition who utilize attacking wingers and fullbacks.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch.
