Hello,

I'm happy that I can share my new tactic - Cerberus. This tactic was tested on Arsenal FC on 15.2.1 patch.

Tactics name is not accidental - Cerberus had three heads - each head is one of offensive players in this tactic: False Nine supported by two Inside Forwards. Also very important is neck as Shadow Striker. Next we have Roaming Playmaker and Box to Box Midfielder. Defensive players are two Central Defenders supported by Wing Backs.

I played Arsenal FC, in my opinion its preaty good team to use this tactic. I chose players:

Sweeper Keeper - Szczesny, Ospina

Wing Back (Right) - Debuchy, Chambers (Will be great to have player, in addition to the defending skills, with good crossing skill)

Central Defender (Right) - Mertesacker, Romagna (It have to player with good heading skills, because we need him in set pieces)

Central Defender (Left) - Koscielny, Balanta (Could be lower but faster than CDR, we have more belaying)

Wing Back (Left) - Gibbs, Silva (Will be great to have player, in addition to the defending skills, with good crossing skill)

Box to Box Midfielder - Ramsey, Romero (We need typical Box2box, will be great to have player with good long shots skill - Pogba will be master here)

Roaming Playmaker - Wilshere, Tielemans (We need typical playmaker here)

Inside Forward (Right) - Sanchez, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Walcott (We need fast player, with good dribble and crossing skills. Our Right Inside Forward won't cut inside)

Shadow Striker - Ozil, Cazorla (I chose players with good playmaking skills, but I think players like Rooney will be dynamite on this possition)

Inside Forward (Left) - Podolski, Depay (It have to be player with very good long shot, dribble and technique skills, better leg isn't very important. Our Left Inside Forward will cut inside)

False Nine
- Giroud, Mitrovic (I played Giroud in main squad, he scored a lot. We need strong player with good finishing, so I think players like Giroud -Drogba will be great here)

Changes and 10-Man Play:

- Don't change players from defensive formation.
- Avoid to change midfielders.
- If Inside Forward, Shadow Striker nad False Nine are playing bad, fell free to change them after 60 minutes.

On 10-Man Play take out False Nine. Wings and SS can score some goals and You won't weak Your defensive play.

Assisatant Coach resposibillity is to set pre-match instructions.

Training:

Pre Season:

Full Season:

Individual Trainig is for specific possitions:

Team talks - You have to win this! (VS weak teams) and Play for the supporters (VS strong teams)

Thought that in FM15 won't be option to create plug-and-play tactics, but I think this is it.

I played main squad in BPL and Champions League. All other games belonged to the second squad.

so you let your asst set pre OI before the game starts also just so i ma clear on this thanks mate

Decided to try this one with Chelsea, because they have the perfect squad for this.

These are the players i've bought and sold:

Played 11 friendlies and the tactic was fully fluid at the start of the season. First game of the season was Man City at home... Well, see for yourself:

neverlie2me and GFRay - what are your team instructions? Desperate to try this out

Do u allways use the same tactic/mentality for all games?

You're funny. Chelsea have the perfect squad for this and then you brought in 9 players! :D

Alright, I've played half a season with this tactic now as manager of Tottenham Hotspurs. I rate this tactic a 6/10.

My summary:

Pro's:
- It's really good at home. Your striker will score lots of goals, and your AMC will provide the assists. I've won every single home game.
- The football is entertaining. Great movements, everyone is involved. Most of my goals were scored from counter attacks.
- You will score LOTS of goals, and OP is not being cheeky by adding the corner kick setup that 90% of the other tacticians do.

Downsides:
- Away from home its very unreliable. I've lost points from over 7 games against both weaker and stronger sides away from home. Leicester beat me, and I was forced to play extra time against Derby. And if you look at the screenshots in the OP, you can see that I'm right. OP lost most of his points from away games.
- The defensive corner set up leaks lots of goals. But this is something you can tweak by yourself.
- It's not a tactic for mid-table teams.

Nevertheless, you've done a great job man. I will keep using your tactic, but only at home. Because I can't imagine winning the Champions League next season with this one. If your tactic worked just half as good away as it did at home, I'd give it a 9/10.

..Now my search for the perfect 4231 continues...

Thanks for testing.

I saw Cerberus isn't so good away, but i tred to use some mix from more experienced players and "hungry for play" players. Next thing is midfield. I got Ramsey and Wilshere, they are very good players.

Yeah, that makes sense why you may get away with it better than me. Paulinho and Dembele is not as good as Wilshere and Ramsey; but that's why I said it's not a great tactic for mid-table teams.
