TC tactic, small pitch, no op, team blend then match by match. (these are just recommendations)
ive not tested it fully yet but it seems pretty good.

It came about as i love llama3's Llama's creative Arsenal 4-2-3-1 (wide) tactic but because im a struggling championship side the creative freedom and fluidity of it seemed to much so as a stop gap i created this untill my teams good enough to use it.

it has 2 dcm's 1 support 1 defend
2 inside forwards (love em :D ) on attack
an advance playmaker support
and a deep lying forward support

As i said in the title this is my first tactic and upload so play nice :P

EDIT: Although its still very early ive got to say im impressed with it so far, before this i had let in 50 goals in 28 league games, when i started using this i had three straight wins with clean sheets.
As its my first try i'd love for some people who know more than me to give it a try and give me advice

pitch ive recomened as being small to help defensively but ive only used it on maximum due to starting the season with a different tactic

12 wins 5 draws (3 of which were in the last 4 games) and 1 loss is not bad to say i was 24th and lookinga certainty to go down before i created it :D

changing to defensive when against teams who are all over you and to attacking/overload when searching for a goal is a must (via shouts)

Here's a tip to aid in the scoring of goals.

Use the Amateur Tacticians Chalkboard and make your forward a 'False Nine' then set the Adv Playmaker on Attack, He'll drive into the space created by the forward, as will the inside forwards. You'll score aload more goals whilst keeping a solid defensive system. If used properly the 4-2-3-1 Deep is the most effective formation on balance in FM11.

Hope this helps,
Tactic looks good BTW, good work :)

thanks dude its advice like this im looking for as its my first try at making a tactic

May i know for which patch is this?
