I have a talented front 2, with high flair, height, and strength but low pace. I attempted to funnel the scoring through Fila, through set-pieces. I have coached Middlesbrough for about 4 years, and my first year, the following 4 years have been placed in the top 6. With competitive entrants into the Europa League and Champions League.
