(For updated version for 15.3.1 check below)
Hello everybody, I'd like to share with you this set of 4-2-3-1 tactics.
It's based on the compactness of the whole team and slow rythm offensively and difensively, basically because when I decided to build it I wanted to reduce the "consumption" (poor condition and injuries) of the footballers and reduce the amount of disqualifications.
This tactics don't use OI.
For training focus I simply set it always on "Match Tactics"

Here is the most used tactic of the set(home games and "not hard" away games):

Here are the players' performances and roles:

Now the list of instructions to the players:
GK: Pass It Shorter - Fewer Risky Passes - Distribute To Centre Backs - Roll it out
CDs: Close Down More - Pass It Shorter
FB-WB: Shoot Less Often - Dribble Less - Pass It Shorter - Stay Wider
BBM: Dribble Less - Pass It Shorter
DLP: Dribble Less - Close Down Less - Pass It Shorter
AM: Hold Position - Pass It Shorter - Hold Up Ball
RMD: Shoot Less Often
IF: Shoot Less Often - Mark Tighter - Get Further Forward - Sit Narrower
F9: None.
Here the tactic I used on away hard games(Arsenal, Roma, PSG, Chelsea, Barcelona):

Here the tactic I used only against R. Madrid (maybe it could work better than the others, but I didn't test):

Before you ask I admit that I reloaded some match:
- vs Dynamo Kiev 13/08/2014, vs Zorya Luhansk 13/09/2014, vs Arsenal 17/09/2014, vs Dnipro 21/09/2014 (this ended 2-2, I don't remember the other two) to set up first and second tactics.
- vs R. Madrid 06/06/2014 (lost 2-1 in a very equilibrated match), then I set up the third version and it worked like a charm.
Here are some team performance:

Here is the version I use on hard matches when I'm not playing at home (if your opponent uses wingers, I suggest to set the FB to Support):

This is an important result I obtained with Spezia (first year) with the v1:

And then I won the final with the v2:
