I've been playing with this tactic since day one of the beta. I've had amazing success. Especially in the lower leagues as that's where I play a lot of my saves. So I thought it was a good time to share it with the community. I'm not sure if it will work for everyone. But it has for me. So could do with some testers. So please feel free to use and get back to me

OPPOSITION INSTRUCTIONS

I picked these up from FM 14. And they work the same in this one. Its a high pressing Jurgen Klopp style. And you get in the face of the opposition. Think of the thing you hear from Poch at Spurs. They have 3 seconds to win the ball back. Thats the idea here. You do pick up cards. But you will constantly be ranked best tackling team in the league. Because you will be.
So in staff responsibilities you need them to look like this

You need to Handle Opposition Instructions. You only have to set them once then they will be used every game.

As far as player instructions go. Each player has Pass it Shorter, Close Down More, Tackle Harder. This is to help with the pressing style that I want to employ and it works. You lose the ball you want it back. Simple. The playing style you will dominate possession. Constantly ranked number one in the league. But its not LVG possession. You want to go forward. No point keeping it for the sake of it. So sometimes you might go direct. However the football you will play will be some great one touch stuff. Full backs get a lot of assists. Wingers get a lot of goals. I like having pace in the team. So do the same. The forward especially. You want him running in behind. And pace kills.
SET PIECES
The Defending set up is the one I always used. However. I have recently included Calamatity's Corner Routine after a bit of research. So big shout out to him. He's nailed it in fairness. The best I've seen. And they aint pikey short ones like previous versions. You know who you are lol. I had my own but his are a lot more effective. The throw ins are pretty standard. But they seem to get decent results. No way near as useful as last year. But they work. And here they are

TRAINING/MATCH PREP
I'm lazy. So I leave it to the assistant. If you want to it needs to look like this
