Hi i'm trying to get a stable tactic for my team playing a 4 2 3 1 with wingers.
I'm had struggles with leaving too much of a gap in front of the back four. So have set my midfield to 2 dlp d.
and my full backs are on support.
As an underdog in most games i'm struggling and worrying that I'm being to aggressive either in the pressing/closing down or in the full backs leaving gaps when the push forward.
Has anyone managed to make a stable tactic around this formation with wingers rather than IF?
Plan B is to sack off this tactic even though my players are well suited to it. and go with droping the aMc for a DM and being more conservative any ideas?
