4-2-3-1

Hi

Anyone know the pros and cons of playing 4-2-3-1 or 4-2-3-1 deep?
And should the wingers be inside forwards, or should only the AMC be inside forward?
I'm trying to make a good 4231 tactic but I want it to be "perfected" before I implement it, so my players will have good time to gel in with it in the pre-season and first few matches..
I'm playing as Betis and usually ending up as 4th-7th in Liga BBVA.

I made a pretty good 4-2-3-1. but only tested it with Liverpool, i finsihed 2nd, a point off the leaders and won the champions league. You could try it for me if you want?

play 4-1-1-3-1 with cm set as deep lying playmaker, amc as advanced playmaker, wingers as wingers and attacker as complete forward if you have the right players. It worked well for me as QPR
