4-3-3 - Berserker 2013 - Total DOMINATION!
A very attacking tactic, where you keep the ball and dominate play, while still keeping the opponent away from your goal.
A very attacking tactic, where you keep the ball and dominate play, while still keeping the opponent away from your goal.
Introduction
This formation is excellent. You keep the ball for the majority of the game, while not being afraid to try and create a goal scoring opportunity. Because you keep the ball, and dominate the opponent, the opponent rarely gets a chance to attack your goal. This tactic works very well, both home and away.

I drew to Atletico Madrid in a tough away game, where my team didn't fully know my tactic.
I lost to FC København in a Champions Cup game that didn't matter, since i was already qualified. I put a team full of reserves.
Shouts & tactical changes
At the start of the game: Retain possession, play out of defence and pass to feet. Set strategy to control.
If I'm winning comfortably: Do nothing.
If I'm winning, but under pressure: Set time wasting to max and push defensive line backwards.
If I'm loosing: Get ball forward. Set strategy to attacking/overload.
Players
I don't want to say what stats are important for what positions, since it's pretty standard. These are the first you should notice though.
Central Defenders: Good passing and not too slow.
Wing Backs: High stamina and good technical ability.
Central Midfielders: Good passing and teamwork.
Wingers: Quick and good dribbling.
Striker: Good technically and good passing/creativity.
Training
Everything set to standard, and do what your assistants say. These are the only things you should change:
General training: Team cohesion
Match training until tactic is fully mastered: Tactics only
Match training when tactic is fully mastered: Teamwork
Coaches
I recommend that you buy a coach that is good at man management and motivation. Make him do all the team talks.
I also recommend that you buy a coach with good defensive knowledge. You put him to do all the defensive instructions before every game.
EDIT: UPDATE!
I finished my Barcelona save, and i managed to win 4/4 trophies in the first season:
Spanish Super Cup
Copa Del Rey
La Liga
Champions League
Please leave any questions about this tactic below, as well as how your team did with it.
