I've been using 4-3-3 for tottenham, basically slow tempo and short passing to keep possession however it seems like the opponent normally has 10 over shots while my team only has 2-5 on average. Any advice?
I also tried direct passing, quick tempo and wide width to no avail.

What kind of 4-3-3? If there is only the fullbacks getting down the wings, you'll struggle to create a lot of good chances. Slow tempo won't work for attacking in the Premiership unless your team is world class.

Best advice is to read the TT&F documents and have a think about the formation.

thanks for the reply.
i'm using 4-3-3 with aml and amr. i've tried that, perhaps i should give the tactic more time. seems like i keep losing to arsenal.

Arsenal are hugely overrated in 9.1, very overrated in 9.2 and hopefully will be more accurate in 9.3. You probably would be better turning the 4-3-3- into a 4-5-1 when playing 'top' teams with Spurs.
